Daniel was presented to our office in Valencia with a full mouth of temporaries. His friends had referred him to a Cosmetic dentist in Florida in order to enhance his smile with latest in cosmetic dentistry. After several days of prep work he was looking forward to return in two weeks to receive his new enhanced smile. However when he returned to see his new veneers and crowns, he immediately knew that the work was not going to meet his expectations. He explained to the dentist that he was not happy with the esthetic's of the veneers. Unfortunately the so called cosmetic dentists response was take it or leave it. So After having pre-paid over $35,000 he walked out of that office with a mouth full of temporaries and a box full of worthless restorations. At this point Daniel had lost faith in cosmetic dentistry. I tried to explain where the other dentist had gone wrong and how we could try to meet his expectations. After a lengthy consultation I had somewhat gained his trust. He saw our testimonials. He looked at our before and after book... Daniel returned to have his temporaries removed and teeth re prepped for my master ceramist. This visit took about 3-4 hrs.



He returned in two weeks and saw the work that we intended to deliver. He was finally happy to see what he was looking for months back.... We took about 2 hrs to cement the 26 restorations. We adjusted his bite. he was told to come back the next day just to refine his bite. It has been about 3 months since he has gotten his new veneer and crowns and he is still singing our praises. This was a case of a young gentleman who had been involved in a motorcycle accident. He had broken several teeth and had a few lip lacerations. We had to perform couple of root canals and extract his left k9. We prepped for 2 hours and sent them to our master ceramist to have veneers and bridges fabricated for our Valencia office.
